A Lusaka man has been dragged to court on allegations of vandalism of private and Public property.
Appearing at the magistrates court before magistrate Ruth Kapulo was Mbulani Zina,35, of Kanyama compound.
It’s is alleged that Zina allegedly vandalised a one Millimetre cable valued at K1,135 property of Zamtel limited.
Magistrate Kapulo told Zina that he was appearing for explanation of the charge as it is an offence tried by the High Court.
She said Zina will continue appearing at the magistrates court awaiting instructions from the DPP.
