SOKO TAKES COVID-19 FIGHT PERSONAL

BY OLIVER SAMBOKO                                                                                      CHIPATA Central Independent aspiring Member of Parliament Zindaba Soko has declared war against COVID – 19. And Mr Soko has appealed to members of the public in the Constituencey to take the fight against the pandemic seriously. Mr Soko says the fight against the spread of the virus cannot be won without People’s participation. He says much as Government is doing its part in containing the disease, the participation of members of the public is vital in controlling the spread of the pandemic. “We all need to play a role in fighting COVID – 19 by following all the guidelines that have been given to us by the ministry of health and  no one will be allowed to attend any of my meetings without a face mask,” Mr Soko said. Mr Soko also said his team would strive to provide COVID-19 preventive equipment to the residents in the Constituency and also appealed to other well-wishers to join hands. The aspiring lawmaker said this when he was distributing facemasks to people in the Constituency. He also urged his supporters to vote for President Lungu on August 12 to ensure that the development agenda for the country continues.
