DEAL STERNLY WITH DEFIANT CADRES IN MARKETS, GOVT TOLD

By GIDEON NYENDWA GOVERNMENT should sternly deal with cadres that will defy its directive to stay away from markets and bus stations, a Patriotic Front official Lemmy Bwalya has said. Mr. Bwalya said police officers should start enforcing the directive strictly because it would end up as a mere pronouncement. He said pronouncements should be accompanied by serious action because cadres were notorious. “We all know how cadres behave,” Mr Bwalya said.
