ZAMBIANS will give the Patriotic Front (PF) and President Edgar Lungu another mandate beyond 2021, says former Finance Minister Katele Kalumba.
He said the chances of the ruling party winning the August 12 general elections were extremely high because it has moved from theory to practice through clear developmental agenda.
Dr Kalumba said in an interview that the PF was highly favoured by the political calendar and that Zambians have given them more than 20 years just as they did with UNIP and MMD.
“Zambians have a calendar, more than 20 years, 25 years as they did with Kaunda of UNIP and MMD, right now I know that Zambians know where they are going to vote,” he said.
He said it was clear that the people would vote for PF which has proved that it was able to move from theory to practice.
Dr Kalumba said the PF has scored positively in infrastructure development and the road network in the county was a marvel.
