Zambian receives ‘Diana award’
By TERENCE MISELO A ZAMBIAN youth activist Barrington Chungulo has been awarded with the prestigious Diana Award for his distinguished contribution. “I am so honoured to be one of the 2021 recipients of The Diana Awards,” Chungulo said. “I have received The Diana Award for making tangible and sustainable change in my community as the President and Founder of The Dream Factory.” Chungulo said winning the Diana Award is so special and big not just to him but also for Zambia. “This is the only charity named after Diana, Princess of Wales. The Award is the most prestigious accolade a young person aged 9-25 can receive for their social action or humanitarian work,” Chungulo said.
