By ANDREW MUKOMATHE UPND has dismissed Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) leader Andrew Ntewewe’s allegation that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has allocated more voter registration kits to Southern Province than any other region.UPND Information and Publicity secretary, Neto Halwabala, said in Livingstone that Mr Ntewewe’s allegations wrre a clear indication that he had not yet recovered from the loss of Bill 10.He said Mr Ntewewe’s sentiments do not make sense in anyway and must not be taken seriously.Mr Halwabala said it was unfortunate that Mr Ntewewe had singled out individual employees of the ECZ without providing proof. He said such alarming sentiments had the potential to spark ethnical differences because of the YALI leader’s carelessness.“Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) President Andrew Ntewewe’s allegations against ECZ ‘s allocation of voter registration KITs to Southern Province more than any other province is a clear indication that he has not recovered from the loss of the poisonous Bill 10 and his allegations are not making any sense at all.“And to that effect, Mr Ntewewe’s call for the immediate dismissal of the institutions Manager of Elections Wina Mwanang’ombe and Voter Education Manager Emma Mwiinga is mischievous because the distribution of voter registration kits is done by an institution and not individuals…and for him to single out the two ECZ officers is laughable,” he said.“The same Mr Ntewewe together with his fellow PF hired political choir members defended ECZ and for him today to cry the loudest is laughable,” Mr Halwabala said.
