A 70-YEAR-OLD man of Mabenga village of Kapijimpanga chiefdom has been killed by unidentified people.
North-Western Province Commissioner of Police Joe Njase identified the victim as Mr Sandifelo Kosamu.
Mr Njase explained that the body was discovered by his granddaughter in Kasamusani farming area where he had gone to harvest his crops.
“This happened on Monday around 20 hours when the matter was reported,” he said.
Mr Chushi said police visited the scene and discovered that the body had three deep cuts on the right side of the jaw.
He said a docket has been opened while the body was in the mortuary awaiting a postmortem.
