By MICHAEL MIYOBAKITWE Bullets dislodged Kabwe K-Line from the summit of the Premier Futsal League (PFL) after humiliating CSS Petauke 9-1 in a week-2 fixture played over the weekend at Automotive Futsal Arena.Bullets dominated play from the first whistle to get their second victory after beating Monze George 3-1 in the first round of PFL games.The win propelled Bullets to six points, on par with Lusaka Automotive, Kabwe K-Line and Livingstone Pirates who were all triumphant over the weekend.Pirates and K-Line beat Kafue Saints and Siavonga Beetles 4-1 and 4-3 respectively as defending champions Lusaka Automotive white washed DS Isoka 6-0.The win cheered Automotive FC coach Andrea Christoforetti who has predicted a tough futsal season ahead.“The level of this league keeps on growing every year and this year it will be more competitive.“We have some new teams in the first division and they will be competing for the first time which may be challenging but that is why we have the first division and this is a big improvement for the growth of futsal in Zambia,” Christoforetti said after the win over DS Isoka.Meanwhile, DS Isoka FC coach Donald Phiri expressed displeasure that his team lost against the defending champions Automotive.He however noted that Isoka who started the league with a 6-5 win over Kafue Saints would work on their mistakes going into week-3.In other fixtures played over the weekend, Chipata Boys beat Monze George 3-1 to redeem themselves from the 4-3 defeat against Pirates in week-1.In Division one, new comers Zanaco FC humiliated Blue Bombers 21-0 to remain unbeaten after week two and claim leadership of the 12-team division one table.Lilanda Bullets beat Efford Chabala FC 9-4 as BS Stars triumphed 6-3 Bil FC.Tamanga FC were egged to a 2-1 beating by Christian Academy while Pioneer Avengers stunned AJ United 8-1 to maintain a perfect start.
