CHISHIMBA Kambwili has no legal standing to challenge the decision of registered officers of the party as he has never been elected as President of the NDC and does not appear among those who registered the party, it has been revealed.
Mr Edward Mumbi, Mr Kambwili’s spokesman has told a briefing that Kambwili as a convict had no mandate to hold public office but that he had been tolerated as an interim official.
