Standing as a witness, Prisca Chiwela 43, a tailor of garden compound said in December last year, she found marijuana in Kasoka’s bedroom and she reported him to the police. Ms Chiwela said the matter went to court bur he was released and given a second chance to reform. She said on February 20, this year she called her son and asked him to choose to either go to church for prayers or rehabilitation centre. She said she left the key at the door, but later discovered that the key was missing. She then inquired from Kasoka, e denied ever touching the key and this culminated into an argument. It was at this point that she rushed to garden police station and reported that her son had stolen the key to her bedroom. She said when she returned home, Kasoka had fled nit later at night, she received a call from Manda Hill police station that she should go and pick her son. Ms Chiwela told the court that she told the officer that she would go there in the morning the following day. She said Kasoka lied to the police that she chased him from the house. She said she took the drugs she had found in her son’s bedroom and showed them to police officers at Manda Hill Police station. The matter comes up on June 2, this year for continue trial. The Sun
