Fly above relegation, Nkwazi FC challenged
SUN SPORTS writes INSPECTOR General of Police Kakoma Kanganja has urged Nkwazi Football Club to fly high and beat the relegation of the FAZ Super Division when the league resumes on July 18. The Zambia Police sponsored outfit is placed 13 on the 18-team league table with 27 points collected from 24 fixtures played before the league was halted in March. Speaking after handing over a 36-seater luxury bus and a saloon car to Nkwazi FC, Kanganja said there is need for the Dennis Makinka-tutored team to work hard to survive relegation.   Kanganja hailed Stanbic Bank Zambia for the K50,000 rendered to Nkwazi FC last November, which he revealed went towards the purchase of the Toyota Camry vehicle.  And Nkwazi FC secretary Masauso Kalililo thanked the police command for the two vehicles given to the club.  Kalililo said the bus and saloon car will motivate the technical bench and the players to do better in the remaining league games. Kalililo assured the Police chief that the two vehicles would be guarded jealously and thanked Stanbic Bank Zambia for its support. As the premier league resumes, Nkwazi FC’s first game will be a re-scheduled fixture against Zanaco FC on 26 July, 2020. The Sun
