Mulenga Musonda The Nakonde Magistrates Court has  convicted a Juvenile who remained stuck in the Shop after his gang members fled the scene . In this matter the 14 year old stood charged with another adult person known for breaking into a building with intent to commit a felony therein. Particulars of the offence are that the Juvenile jointly and whilst acting together with another person known broke into a Shop belonging to John Simukonda with intent to commit a felony. The incident happened on 28th June 2020 in Nakonde district. When the matter came up for Facts before Magistrate Litungi Litungi, the Juvenile offender admitted that the statement was a true reflection of what happened. According to the facts read by the State, the Juvenile offender was fished out of the Shop around 22:00hrs by the Police. This was after they received a tip  from a Mr Alex that a break in was in progress at a named Shop. Upon reaching the scene, some suspected gang members fled , leaving the Juvenile and a Pick behind. Magistrate Litungi thus convicted the Juvenile in his own admission after his confirmation of the facts to be true and correct.
