By SIMON MUNTEMBAPOLITICAL parties participating in the forthcoming parliamentary by-elections in Mwansabobwe and Lukashya constituencies must stop ferrying cadres from other areas to cause confusion or face the wrath of the law, Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja has said.Mr Kanganja said he had information that some political parties were planning to ferry some cadres from other parts of the country to Lukanshya and Mwansabombwe just to cause anarchy.Mr Kanganja appealed to political parties to help maintain peace before, during and after elections.He said the role of the Zambia Police was to ensure that law and order prevailed during the whole electoral process and officers on the ground would do just that.On September 17, voters will be trooping to polling stations for the parliamentary by-elections in Lukashya constituency in Kasama district and Mwansabombwe constituency in Mwansabombwe.
