The Resident Doctors Association of Zambia says it anticipates an increase in the number of healthcare workers getting the Covid-19 vaccine as frontline workers.
Association Secretary General Dr Cajetan Mukula says given more time, the number of frontline healthcare workers having received the jab will increase.
Dr Mukula says statistics from individual hospitals are higher than the 31 per cent recorded yesterday at national level as the vaccination process is still on going.
