PF DETERMINED TO TRANSFORM NORTH-WEST, SAYS MALANJI

By JACKSON MAPAPAYI GOVERNMENT has modernized Solwezi and brought the much-needed change across North Western Province, PF member of the central committee Joseph Malanji has said. Mr Malanji, who interacted with marketeers in Solwezi yesterday, said the government was determined to transform North-western province. He was accompanied by PF provincial chairman, Jackson Kungo, PF Solwezi Central parliamentary candidate Milner Katolo and mayoral candidate Mable Tukiya. “It is the leadership of President Edgar Lungu that has modernised Solwezi and brought the much-needed change across North Western Province. If we enjoy any support, it is because of this PF government! Solwezi now has a dual carriageway under this government,” he said. Mr Malanji, who is Kwacha parliamentary candidate, said the people demanded that the Chingola – Solwezi road shoul dbe worked on and that it has been done. Meanwhile, Mr Kungo said the people of North Western Province were fed up of voting for the opposition and were now determined to work with the ruling party in order to partake in the national cake. Mr Kungo said people in the region now believed in the leadership of President Edgar Lungu and the PF as they had seen development taking place from Solwezi all the way to Chavuma, Zambezi, Ikelenge through to Kasempa.
