Love bites woman

A 35 YEARS old woman of Makululu compound in Kabwe is nursing wounds after she was beaten by other women for straying into a matrimonial home.Central Province Commissioner of Police Chola Katanga told ZANIS in Kabwe that Ruth Kanyesha was taken by a married man Mutale Bwalya, 32, who cheated her that he was not married and took her to his matrimonial home where she met her fate.Mr. Katanga said the incident took place last Saturday around 01:00 hours when Bwalya’s wife acting together with other neighbours beat and stripped her naked while they pulled her private parts and sprinkled her with hot water.The Central Province Police Chief added that a video of her while naked was taken which has gone viral.He explained that the woman sustained swollen face and general body pains as they were using sticks, fists and kicks in the act.Mr. Katanga added that two women and a man have since been arrested and detained at Kasanda police station to help police with more investigations before being charged for any offence of Assault on Occasioning Bodily Harm. – ZANIS The Sun
