NOEL IYOMBWA Writes@SunZambianTHE family of Monica Chabwela feels enraged that Beatrice Hangwende was released from Prison without the government even involving them.One of the family representative a Mr Nguni told a press briefing that it was very disappointing as a family to learn only through social media that the mastermind to the murder of their relative was released without their consent nor regard.
He said that from the videos on social media it seems no remorse has been shown by the convict and that as a family they were willing to forgive if remorse was shown and not just what was being portrayed through social media.Mr Nguni stated that they are engaging their lawyers to seek legal redress as it has opened fresh wounds.The family is surprised that the other three co accused have not been pardoned raising serious concerns and questions.
