DON’T USE POLICE, PF TOLD
By ANDREW MUKOMA  THE UPND Alliance in Southern Province has urged the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) to desist from using the Zambia Police to suppress the opposition. The UPND Alliance provincial chairman Billiard Makwembo has alleged the situation was getting tense due to the way the PF was using the police to suppress opponents. Mr Makwembo has observed that what happened in Chingola last week was uncalled for and must not be allowed especially this campaign period. “It is high time the Patriotic Front accepted that the Zambian people are tired of their failure to govern the country and want change,” he said in a statement.
