A MAN accused of defiling an 11-year-old girl awaits his judgement in the Lusaka magistrates court.
Before magistrate Nsunge Chanda was Peter Bwalya who was accused of defiling the girl in August 2018.
Magistrate Chanda found Bwalya with a case to answer and was put on his defence and made submissions to the court.
When the matter come up for judgement, Magistrate Chanda said his judgement was not ready.
She said she is still writing his judgement and that it will be ready next week.
