Covid-19 has blocked a lot of plans – Muchindu
PATSON KAWEWE writes GREEN Eagles FC’s enterprising mid-fielder Boston Muchindu has described the Corona virus pandemic as stumbling block to his plans. “I would say this pandemic has blocked a lot of plans for us players. It has really put us in a difficult situation especially when it comes to training programs and fitness levels,” Muchindu said. “I miss my work, I can’t wait for football to resume.” In an interview with the Sports Centre crew, Muchindu said his personal training regimen was going on well but expressed his frustration at training alone. The Tonka Tweende mid-fielder acknowledged that group trainings are more beneficial than personal training. The midfield ace also said that it is a difficult period for coaches as well, as their plans for a season are disturbed and they have to replan for the remaining league games when the league resumes.
