THE Law enforcement officers shall disperse any congregation that will not present a clearance document from the Ministry of Health, precisely the Public Health Institute, Police spokesperson Esther Katongo has said.
Ms Katongo said President Edgar Lungu’s guidance for churches to congregate came with strict guidelines as stipulated in the Public Health Act.
In a statement, Ms Katongo said that all churches should be in line with the regulations of the Public Health Act among them certification or authorization by the Ministry of Health.
“Any congregation that will not present a clearance document from the Ministry of Health, precisely the Public Health Institute, shall be dispersed by law enforcement officers,” she said.
