CHURCH SHOULD CONTINUE PRAYING FOR PEACE – ANDREW LUBUSHA
By NATION REPORTER THE Church should not to get tired of praying for the peace, unity and love among leaders and all people in the country, Patriotic Front Chipangali constituency candidate Andrew Lubusha has said. Mr Lubusha was speaking yesterday when he met with Pastors fellowship Members in Chipangali District. He said that the Church should guide politicians ways of leadership prior, during and post 2021 general elections because politicians were mortals and liable to lose the way. “Let’s pray for our President, the challenges the country is facing are global and President Edgar Chagwa Lungu has worked so hard to stabilise things for our betterment.” He said. Mr Lubusha encouraged the Church to be vehicles of unity by bringing people from different political background together and furnish them with the word of God. In his concluding remarks, Mr Lubusha thanked the Pastors Fellowship Members for inviting him to be part of the gathering today. He stated that the Politicians equally belong to the body of Christ and must always seek the face of the Lord.
