BE REMORSEFUL, PF TOLD By SIMON MUNTEMBA THE former ruling party (PF) should be remorseful and change for the better if they are to continue enjoying their freedom of expression, the ruling UPND has demanded.  UPND national management committee member Percy Chanda said PF should appreciate President Hakainde’s Hichilema’s gesture of allowing them freedom of expression by behaving responsibly. Mr Chanda who is also UPND chairperson for mines said they had noted with sadness that some PF members were living in denial and bitterness because Zambians rejected them, to an extent of throwing stones carelessly. He said in a statement that the best the PF members could do was to stop throwing stones carelessly because they were “still living in a glass house.” Mr Chanda said while they were entitled to enjoy the rule of law, freedom of speech and association which they denied Zambians during their rule of terror, PF members should be mature, sober and responsible. “Ba PF you are still living in a glass house, stop throwing stones carelessly, behave yourselves. Do not provoke the UPND family by misusing the olive branch that President Hichilema has extended to you. You know as terrorists, crooks and thieves that you do not deserve this treatment,” Mr Chanda said.
